Lane is excited to host our annual diesel camp for high school students. Each day will include an opportunity to see what makes a Diesel Powered Freight Truck drive and a Hydraulic Excavator move. a chance to operate highway trucks and heavy equipment, a chance to take apart a diesel engine. There will also be field trips out to diesel repair shops like LTD, Caterpillar, John Deere Kenworth.
Students are not allowed to register themselves. A parent/guardian must do it for them. When registering, a student is not guaranteed a spot. All students are put into a lottery system and spots will be chosen at random. Students will be notified if they have been chosen or not.

Required Materials
Please have the following items every day:
- Snacks - microwave and fridge are not available.
- Water bottle
Provided Materials
- Lunch
- Transportation to field trips every day. Partnering industries include Lane Transit District, Caterpillar, John Deere, and Freightliner.
Required Dress Code
- Closed toed shoes
