Annual LCC 403(b) and 457(b) Announcement

Process Steps

  1. Select a vendor from the lists below.
  2. Get LCC plan ID number for your selected vendor from Robin Fleming in Human Resources.
  3. Activate account with the vendor.
  4. Complete the applicable reduction agreement (below) and return it to Robin Fleming in Human Resources to authorize the payroll deduction.

Tax Sheltered Annuity: 403(b)

LCC partners with PenServ Plan Services for Third-Party Administrator (TPA) 403(b) plan compliance and administration.

  • Tiaa-Cref
  • Vanguard Investments
  • Voya

Return completed form to Robin Fleming.

Do you have a document requiring Lane Community College's signature?
Please submit documents to be signed to PenServ directly for approvals. PenServ will make sure your plan provider receives the signed forms.
