Annual LCC 403(b) and 457(b) Announcement
Process Steps
- Select a vendor from the lists below.
- Get LCC plan ID number for your selected vendor from Robin Fleming in Human Resources.
- Activate account with the vendor.
- Complete the applicable reduction agreement (below) and return it to Robin Fleming in Human Resources to authorize the payroll deduction.

LCC partners with PenServ Plan Services for Third-Party Administrator (TPA) 403(b) plan compliance and administration.

Do you have a document requiring Lane Community College's signature?
Please submit documents to be signed to PenServ directly for approvals. PenServ will make sure your plan provider receives the signed forms.
