Communicate with instructors
Sitting down with your instructor and asking questions to clarify expectations that you are not clear on will help you succeed in that class. Besides success, you are also communicating to the instructor that you are committed to learn.
The greatest number of instructors are interested in your success. They want you to pass and often have time set aside each week for students to come to them for assistance. Take control of your future and go to the instructor's office.
Resources:
Other helpful resources for studying are found in Academic and Tutoring Services. The Student Help Desk assists students with Moodle, myLane, WiFi access, Lane Drive and other academic technologies. You can also find great scholarship information on the LCC Scholarship information page and the LCC Foundation Scholarship page.
