We're here for you.

Welcome! The Mental Health and Wellness Center (MHWC) is here to provide you compassionate, confidential mental health services, including free counseling. Just call us at (541) 463-5920 or email MHWC@lanecc.edu to get started.

If you're LCC staff or faculty with concerns about a student, please contact Early Outreach.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a life-threatening emergency or an acute mental health crisis, please call campus Public Safety at 541-463-5555 or dial 911. You can also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at all hours; call or text 988.

The Zen Den

Tucked away in Building 18, Room 102, the Zen Den is a safe and quiet space for you to relax and rejuvenate, with massage chairs, yoga mats, coloring books, and more. Open to all LCC students!

Winter term hours:

Monday - 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tuesday - 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesday - 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

TalkCampus is an app that provides a global, anonymous, and 24/7 peer-to-peer support platform for students, offering a safe space to discuss mental health and well-being challenges, with features like group chats, private journals, and mood trackers. Student Workshops

Sexual Respect at LCC 

If you've experienced sexual harassment and/or assault, you're not alone. The Sexual Respect office has support and resources for you.

Community Advocacy and Resource Education (CARE)

CARE at LCC aims to serve the whole student! Open to every student at Lane, CARE can connect you to basic need to resources to help address any barriers you may be facing that are preventing you from being successful in your academic journey. Resources include SNAP, OHP, housing search, childcare, and more.

Behavior Health Division encompasses a broad array of services and programs. Services include treatment for children, families, and adults. Services can be accessed through a variety of programs focusing on mental health issues. Their adult clinic specializes in treating major mental illnesses. 

Bushnell University's Counseling Center offers low-cost, confidential counseling to adults in the community. Tel: (541) 349-7471

Hope and Safety Alliance has been providing safety, hope, and healing to survivors of intimate partner violence for over 40 years. Each year they serve thousands of survivors and children from our communities of color, tribal communities, LGBTQIA community, survivors with disabilities, men, and the rural communities in Lane County.

Hourglass serves adults residing in Lane County who are in need of short-term, mental health crisis assessment and stabilization, but do not require the medical capabilities of an acute care hospital or longer-term residential care.

Looking Glass offers a wide range of services aimed toward solving concerns related to educational deficits, behavioral health issues, drug addiction, and homelessness. Tel: (541) 689-3111

South Lane Mental Health is a non-profit community mental health organization serving southern Lane County, North Douglas County and Springfield. The mission of South Lane Mental Health is to restore hope and renew lives through compassionate mental health services, support, and advocacy. 

Suicide Prevention Coalition of Lane County is health professionals, community leaders, and volunteer advocates dedicated to implementing proactive strategies to bring awareness and education about suicide prevention in Lane County.

The MHWC does not provide after-hours care.
