Lane’s main campus is nestled within the Willamette Valley, between the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.
Built in 1968 on donated farm land, our main campus represents the dream of our community for affordable, accessible education and our connection to the natural beauty around us. Our commitment to sustainability shows in our local-plant, pollinator-friendly landscaping, beautiful LEED-certified buildings, and energy-efficient initiatives.

The central building on campus is appropriately called the Center Building. Here you'll find:

In May 2020, Lane County voters approved a $121.5 million bond program to make improvements on campus and invest in classroom technology and workforce development, including:
- A new Health Professions building that will house our low-cost community Dental Clinic
- A new Industry and Trades Education Center (ITEC)
- Safety improvements across campus, like new security cameras
- Sustainability improvements across campus, like LED lighting
- IT infrastructure improvements, like faster internet and stronger cybersecurity
- Athletic facilities maintenance, like track resurfacing and turf replacement
Eugene is a sports town, and Lane Community College is no exception. Our athletic fields and a state-of-the-art fitness center provide students access to fitness and wellness programming. Lane Titans regularly compete in Northwest Athletic Conference sports. And we're excited to share our track with athletes from around the world when they travel to Eugene for the Olympic Track and Field Trials.
Seasonal blooms aren’t the only beauty that landscapes the campus. Art is an integral part of the campus experience. Full-wall mosaics, sculptures, paintings and other artwork dot the campus grounds and the buildings. The arts division building houses the campus art gallery with exhibits featuring both student, faculty and visiting artists.
