The Momentum Scholarship is a $500 scholarship designed to encourage progression in math or writing courses from any starting point up to and including your program level courses!
Requirements
- Meet with an academic advisor within the 2024-2025 academic year to develop an Individual Academic Plan (IAP) mapping your math and writing courses per term.

Complete two successive math OR two successive writing courses OR CTE program level math & writing, earning a C- or better within the 2024-25 academic year: Summer '24, Fall '24, Winter '25, Spring '25. This includes non-credit , GED and program level courses!
- Complete this application before the end of the term in which you are enrolled in the second course to meet requirements. Eligibility confirmed once grades are posted after your second course!
NOTE: Applications will be date & time stamped upon submission. Scholarships are given on a first-in basis and funds are limited. If you are awarded the scholarship, you will be notified via your Lane student email and $500 will be applied to your Lane account for your next term's registration!
