Momentum Scholarship

Here is your opportunity to earn a one-time $500 scholarship as you successfully progress in math or writing courses from any starting point!

 

How to Qualify

Apply Now

  1. Meet with an academic advisor within the 2024-2025 academic year to develop an Individual Academic Plan (IAP) mapping your math and writing courses per term.
  2. Successfully complete two math or two writing courses or CTE program level math & writing courses, earning a C- or better within the 2024-25 academic year: Summer '24, Fall '24, Winter '25, Spring '25. This includes non-credit, GED and program level courses!
  3. Complete this application before the end of the term in which you are enrolled in the second required course. Eligibility confirmed once grades are posted. Please be sure you are logged into your Lane student gmail before accessing this application.

Note:

1) Applications will be date & time stamped upon submission. Scholarships are given on a first-in basis and funds are limited. If you are awarded the scholarship, you will be notified via your Lane student email and $500 will be applied to your Lane account for your next term's registration!  

2) If you are a Foundation Scholarship Award Recipient, you may not be eligible for the Momentum Scholarship.
