Preparing for Apprenticeship

Looking for a practical entry way to a high-paying, in-demand job? Apprenticeships may be for you!

Our apprenticeship program combines in-the-field, practical experience with solid classroom instruction. So you'll finish college with a clear path to your chosen career.

To get started, you'll need to choose an area to apprentice (like plumbers or electricians) and work with a local trade coordinator. Once you're accepted as an apprentice in your trade, you'll sign up for courses at Lane.

Questions? Our friendly Apprenticeship Coordinator, Joy Crump, is here to help! Contact her at crumpj@lanecc.edu

Our pre-apprenticeship classes are open to anyone and can strengthen your application to be an apprentice!
