The Infrastructure Council will develop, review, and evaluate policies related to technology and facilities in accordance with the vision, mission, core values, learning principles, and strategic plan of the college.
Scope of Work:
- develop, review, and evaluate policies related to technology and facilities
- Develop and review:
- Facilities Master Plan
- Climate Action Plan
- Technology Plan
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of infrastructure plans and policies
Membership:
- Facilities Management and Planning Director 1
- Vice President for Information Technology 1
- Division Dean of Academic Technology 1
- Faculty 3
- Classified 3
- Managers 1
- Students 3
- Additional members by position 0-4
Either Facilities Director or VPIT serves as Vice Chair.
