Find Child Care Oregon (FCCO)
All licensed and recorded child care programs are automatically entered into the Find Child Care Oregon database by the Child Care Licensing Division (CCLD). New programs will be contacted by their local Child Care Resource and Referral agency to complete their enrollment into the database. Unlicensed family child care programs are not automatically on the database and need to contact their local CCR&R to be added to the database.
Once enrolled, programs are provided the option to open some of their program information to families searching for child care services. The rest of their information remains in the state database.
Please note that Program Updates are only for home-based programs, while Annual Updates are only for centers.
FCCO Website Provider Portal Manual
Why Accept Referrals in FCCO?
- Increased visibility of your program
- Free advertisement
- Certain grants require accepting referrals for application
- Change your referral status anytime using the Provider Portal
Is Your Program Due for an Update?
- Program Updates (also called Vacancy Checks) are completed quarterly for all home-based child care programs (licensed and license exempt).
- Programs can update their information using the Provider Portal or the form below.
- Program Update Form - English and Spanish
Annual Updates are completed once per year for ALL programs in the database.
By updating your program regularly, you support both the state and families searching for care having accurate information in the system. We appreciate your efforts!
