An innovative and evolving medical profession, Paramedicine has evolved from providing a means of patients transport to a fully integrated emergency medical treatment option. Boost your career beyond EMT certification with an Associate Degree.

Associate Degree

Lane Community College’s Paramedicine Program prepares you to take the Paramedic National Registry Cognitive and Psychomotor exams. After passing the NREMT Exams, you'll be eligible for both a National and Oregon EMT License. After completing your degree, you'll also be awarded Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications.

AFTER LANE

A paramedic license from Lane Community College opens the doors to many different experience opportunities including: Community First Responders, Paid Emergency and Non Emergency Ambulance Transportation, Rapid Extraction Module Support Teams (REMS), EMS Contract Services, Fire-Based EMS opportunities, and more.
