RN Application Information

Fall 2025 Application Information:

• 2025 LCC RN Application Advising Guide (All Application Details Included)
• The Fall 2025 RN Application will be located on the NursingCas online portal this year
  • CLEP is missing from the application advising guide by error. CLEP is a valid, accepted World Language Test
  • GPA Calculator

• (new 2/1) 2025 LCC RN Application Worksheet to upload to NursingCAS as Document (new)
  • Please note: that every student should upload this worksheet to the Other Document under Documents in Nursing CAS.  If you have submitted and not uploaded this document, please send it to HPApplicationCenter@lanecc.edu
• Errors on NursingCAS Application: We have a few errors on our application.  Please follow directions below.
  • GPA Range: Missing 3.32-3.00 (please choose 3.49-3.33 if you have a GPA between 3.32 & 3.00)
  • Date for 2025 RN Application Review Session: This field is not showing.  We will verify rosters if you say yes.
  • LCC Credit Range: Missing 1-11 credits (please choose 12-18 LCC credits if you have 1-11)
  • Volunteer/Work Experience: If you choose this, it requires a license/cert to be uploaded.  If you do not choose license or cert on the next question, just upload a blank piece of paper under required license/cert document.
  • We apologize that the NursingCAS World Language points for College was not updated to requiring 3 courses - we will accept 2 or 3 College Courses this year for the points and next year 3 will be required.
• 2025 LCC RN Healthcare Approved Credential List
• 2025 LCC RN Healthcare Volunteer/Work Experience Form
  • Volunteer/Work Hours through 12/31/24 allowed for use on Fall 25 application

Application Review Sessions:

Registration is required. Please sign up to attend one Application Review Session in order to receive a point on the application. You must attend one of the sessions from start to finish in order to receive the point. Please only sign up for 1 session each as we want to give every student the option for assistance. We have various in person and Zoom options as listed below.

Please understand we will not add any additional review sessions and each session is limited to 30 people.  You will be sent an email alerting you asap if you have registered for a closed event, giving you the opportunity to sign up for another date/time.

The 1st 30 people registered will receive the Zoom link or location to the in person session 4 hours prior to the event. It MUST not be shared with anyone that has not registered and received the information directly from the HPApplicationCenter@lanecc.edu email.

The RN Application will open at 12:00am EST on the day of opening and close at 11:59pm EST on the close date.

You must complete your application and have all required application documents uploaded or sent in before the deadline of the application close date. Please note: staff is not available weekdays after 5pm, weekends, or holidays to answer questions regarding application issues. Please keep this in mind in case of last-minute questions or issues with the system.  Application questions should be sent to HPApplicationCenter@lanecc.edu and subject should read RN25 Application Question.

Transfer Students:

Students interested in transferring into Lane Nursing from another Nursing Program are required to send an email to Darrah Wolfe WolfeD@lanecc.edu
