Lane Community College is offering returning students the opportunity to earn up to $1,500 during your 2024-2025 Come Back Year, simply by successfully completing the courses you need to graduate! Foundation Forms for College Employees
If you need to submit a check request, please send all .pdf requests to shannon@laneccfoundation.org and cc: shelby@laneccfoundation.org. Please attach appropriate back-up (receipts). If the payment is for an individual, a completed W-9 needs to be attached as well. More information regarding disbursements.
