Participants can take any or all of three of the workshops:
- Sexual Assault Awareness & Response, 11:00 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
- Dating & Domestic Violence Awareness, 12:30-1:50 p.m.
- Basic Self-Defense, 2:00-4:50 p.m.
“The workshops are fun and effective,” says Public Safety Cpl. Valerie Miller. “The best way to learn to defend and protect yourself is in person, and our instructors are professionally trained.”
