The concert provides a venue for budding choreographers to explore their creativity and share their artistic visions.

Interdisciplinary collaboration is celebrated in this year’s program. The concert premieres a screendance produced as a collaborative venture of students in dance instructor Sarah Nemecek’s Modern Dance 3 class and multimedia faculty Jefferson Goolsby's Video Production 2 class.

The concert also will premier a composition by Lane student Kaoru Sato, “one of the best music students we’ve had in recent years,” said choral director Matthew Svoboda.

Choreographers this year include Tim Bruno, Wilgen S. Brown, Arianna LaMora, Natalie Madden, Carlos Rasmussen, Karen Sanchez, Ella Sembach, and Lola Vargas.

Tickets are by donation at the door. Student admission is free. Proceeds go directly toward scholarships for Lane students.
