EUGENE, Ore. — The Lane Community College Board of Education will hold its next regular meeting Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the boardroom, building 3, main campus, 4000 E. 30th Ave, Eugene. The meeting will be accessible via Lane’s event streaming page.
The board will consider resolutions for a FY24 Supplemental Budget and Contingency Transfer. Additional agenda items include the Oregon School Board Association's election, a Fiscal Year 2024 budget balancing package, a report on enrollment and retention, and updates from Student Affairs and Academic Affairs.
Public comment may be voiced in-person or via Zoom. To submit comment via Zoom, advanced registration is required. A confirmation email will be sent containing instructions to join the webinar.
If necessary, following the meeting, the Board will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) Labor Negotiator Consultations, ORS 192.660(2)(h) Legal Counsel, ORS 192.660(2)(e) Real Property Transactions, ORS 192.660(2)(f) Exempt Information, and ORS 192.660(2)(o) - safety and security, and ORS 192.660(2)(p) - cybersecurity.
