Senior Programming at Lane Community College's Mary Spilde Downtown Center strives to enhance the lives of mature adults, and those who serve them.

Explore new careers, including those related to work with older adults. Cultivate new skills in small and inviting learning communities. Enjoy stimulating interactive courses in a variety of disciplines. We also offer excellent onsite trainings, tailored for those working in senior-related businesses. Featured Class

Living Well with Chronic Conditions starts on October 22nd!

Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-week workshop that meets once a week. We will discuss ways to manage stress, create goals, set boundaries and much more in a supportive environment.

  • This workshop will be in-person at Willamalane Adult Activity Center
  • Tuesdays 3:00 p.m - 5:30 p.m
  • Starting October 22nd  
  • Registration limit of 15
  • No Cost
  • Book included with workshop
