Living Well with Chronic Conditions starts on October 22nd!
Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-week workshop that meets once a week. We will discuss ways to manage stress, create goals, set boundaries and much more in a supportive environment.
- This workshop will be in-person at Willamalane Adult Activity Center
- Tuesdays 3:00 p.m - 5:30 p.m
