EUGENE, Ore.– Lane Community College will celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on King’s birthday, Wednesday, January 15, from 5-7 p.m. in the Center for Meeting and Learning, Building 19, main campus, 4000 E. 30th Ave., Eugene. The event is free and open to the public.
Brown co-founded the Black Voters Matter campaign and is a fellow at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
