
EUGENE, Ore. — Lane Community College invites community members of all ages to its annual Open House on Sat., April 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring fun family activities, interactive demonstrations, and tours of the newly opened Industry, Technology & Engineering Center (ITEC) and Health Professions Building, both funded through the community-supported 2020 bond.
Visitors to Lane’s main campus, located at 4000 E. 30th Ave., Eugene, will have the opportunity to tour the new state-of-the-art facilities, explore classrooms and labs, and learn about the innovative programs offered at Lane.
Event Highlights include:
- Family Fun: Giant inflatable gator slide, Star Wars-themed bounce house, interactive science demonstrations, and other kid-friendly activities.
- Food & Refreshments: Popular local food trucks including Delicias Tiki Tiki and Irie Jamaican Kitchen.
- Explore LCC Programs and meet faculty, staff, and students representing programs such as Culinary Arts, Computer Information Technology, Aviation Academy, Health Professions, Industry & Trades, Career Pathways, Institute for Sustainable Practices, STAR Program, and many others.
