LCC board meeting and public hearing, January 20

EUGENE, Ore.—The Lane Community College Board of Education will meet via Zoom on Wednesday, January 20, at 6 p.m.

The meeting will adjourn briefly for a public hearing on using the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) project management method for the Building 19 seismic project and a new health professions building, and then the regular meeting will resume.

Discussion/action items include: accreditation visit, auditor’s report, COVID-19 reopening update, long term budget forecast, and diversity council report.

Additional information and meeting materials are available online. Public comments may be voiced at the meeting or public hearing via Zoom by registering in advance. After registering, a confirmation email will be sent containing information about joining the webinar.

Following the board meeting, the board will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) Labor Negotiator Consultations, ORS 192.660(2)(h) Legal Counsel, ORS 192.660(2)(e) Real Property Transactions, and ORS 192.660(2)(f), Exempt Information.
