Stipends and Reimbursements

Learn about, and apply, for stipends and reimbursements through The Research Institute payments portal. For each submission, make sure to include a Substitute W-9 or W-8 form (at the bottom of the page). Please read the details for each stipend and reimbursement type to know what applies to your work.

Additional Financial Support for Programs:

  • Spark, Quality Recongition and Improvement System: Participating in Spark provides programs with professional recognition, opportunities for continuous quality improvement, and financial support to make it happen. Learn More on the Spark website.
  • USDA Food Program: Learn how to get started with the USDA food program to get reimbursed for food costs at your program. Choose a USDA sponsor to learn more.
  • Cost Savings Programs: Check out the Oregon QRIS Resources website for ideas of how to save money when purchasing materials for your program.
  • Special Programs though QCC: Occasionally, our office provides opportunities to support your program with financial incentives. These opportunities typically involve professional development activities and contract commitments, so be sure to check the full details before applying.
