Building 15 / Public Safety Relocation

This project is being delivered through three distinct phases of work. Woofter Bolch Architects and Lewis Construction have been selected to lead the design and construction efforts for these phases. Interior construction has started, along with initial sitework on the east side of the building. Heavy site work on the access road and the Elevated Platform is scheduled for the summer. The three project phases are:

Public Safety Relocation

Building Access and Parking

Design is underway to widen the service road from Gate 9 to Building 15. Construction is to be coordinated with the Public Safety Relocation and Elevated Platform Remediation projects.

Building 12 Demolition and Site Restoration

Site improvements with the demolition of Building 12 will improve pedestrian and emergency access in the southeast quadrant of the campus. Enhanced circulation pathways will create a new eastern gateway to the campus core.

  • Bidding and contracting of the work were completed in conjunction with the Building 15/ Public Safety Relocation Projects.
