2024 Early College Summer Camps Information:
Need something to do this summer? Want to learn the basics of a hands-on life skill? Check out one or more of Lane Community College’s summer early college camps.
Participants are selected through a lottery. If selected, you will actively be participating in your future and it is all free! Transportation is on your own. Parking is free at Lane and LTD buses come to our campus. These camps are only for middle and high school students (Class of 2025-2028)

High School Camp Options
MedSplash 2025
Come learn about high wage, high demand healthcare careers with hands on experience!

Automotive Camp 2024
Come learn routine maintenance that includes tire changes, brakes, and coolant. Understand basic tools in automotive technology and walk away with your own toolbox set!

July 8-11 2024. 8:00am-12:00pm
Diesel Camp 2024
Come learn what makes a Diesel Powered Freight Truck drive and a Hydraulic Excavator move, operate heavy equipment, and. apart a diesel engine. You will have daily field trips to local businesses.

Junior Chef Academy 2024
Junior Chef Academy offers hands-on culinary and baking lessons, teaching informal techniques, proper kitchen etiquette, safety, and time management, ensuring students gain the skills and confidence to succeed in the kitchen.

Join our interactive Computer Science camp where you can discuss trending topics with faculty and gain hands-on experience programming games, mobile apps, web pages, and physical devices.
