WRITE AN OUTLINE (not summary) listing speaking points of how you will relate stories to concepts covered in our class (name the specific concepts).

• Include in your outline, the name of book, author, story title, and page number(s) of stories.
• SHARE IN CLASS the stories read and how they relate to the class information & concepts (approximately 2 minutes of sharing time).  Share in class during Wks 9 & 10 – sign up for time with Tina.

WR122 essays from Ecotrails Learning Community
During the '06 Fall Term, Jerry Hall's Ethnobotany class and Ellen Cantor's writing class, "Composition: Style and Argument" were linked together in the learning community, Ecotrails. Students in this learning community worked with the '06-'07 Reading Together book The Man Made of Words by N. Scott Momaday.
