Q - How do I synchronize my Novell GroupWise Address Book with Frequent Contacts and personal address books?
A -
Windows 95/98 users
After GroupWise is open, go to "Tools - Address Book." When the address book is open, click on the "Frequent Contacts" tab. When in Frequent Contacts, go to "File - Synchronize." Click on "current book." Your Frequent Contacts book is now synchronized with the Novell GroupWise Address Book. Repeat the process for the address book with your name on it and any other address books you may have created.

Macintosh users
If you get an "undeliverable message" when using a GroupWise address listed in your personal address book, we recommend checking through the Novell GroupWise Address Book to see if the listing has changed. If it has, you may delete the old address and copy in a new one.
