Use
this procedure to obtain a web link to your specific event in
Lane Events. You can send this link to the Weekly to publish with
the name of your event:
Open
the Event Detail screen for your event -
Find your event in Lane Events
Click on the event name to open the Event Detail screen
Scroll to the bottom of the Event Detail screen
and find the Meetings On or After Today link
Open
the Meetings On or After Today list in a new window -
Right-click(on a MAC, this is CTRL+Click) on the Meetings
On or After Today link and select Open Link in New Window
Copy
the Event Link URL -
Highlight the entire URL in the address bar of the new window
Select Edit>Copy (keyboard shortcut: CTRL+C)
Paste
the URL into your email to the Weekly

Switch to your email program and open an email window
Type the name of your event in the body of the email
Paste the event URL into the email after the event name
(Edit>Paste
or CTRL+V)
