What to do |
| Moodle tells me "Invalid login" when I try to log in. |
When you log in to Moodle, Be sure to enter your complete L-number (an L plus eight digits--e.g., L00123456), and enter only the first six characters of your ExpressLan PIN for your PIN. |
| I forgot my PIN. |
Go to ExpressLane, and enter your User ID ('L' number) then click 'Forgot PIN?'. Be prepared to answer the security question that you provided for this purpose. |
| I don't know my User ID ('L' number). |
Go to ExpressLane, and click 'Need your User ID/L Number?' If you are not able to access your User ID/L Number, you will need to contact the appropriate Lane office.
Students contact Enrollment Services for assistance.
LCC Employees, contact Human Resources. |
| I don't know my PIN and I've never logged in before. |
The first PIN assigned to you is your birthdate in MMDDYY format. For example, if your birthdate is March 9, 1975, your PIN will be 030975. After you login for the first time, you will enter your date of birth PIN once and then again when prompted to Re-enter Your Old PIN. You will then choose a new PIN which can be any 6-characters (letters and/or numbers are OK) except your date of birth. |
| I can't login but I get no error message. |
