  • Fall 2024 will allow CNA, Medical Assistant OR Paramedic license for Fall Entry.
  • Fall 2024 Work Experience Form will allow hours as a Licensed CNA, Medical Assistant OR Paramedic working in a skilled or acute setting.

Mandatory Orientation Date: June 4, 2024 3:00 PM

NEW in 2025 Application:

  • All Prerequisite courses will have equal points for A & B grades.
  • 2 additional points will be added in Section 2 for completion of Nutrition FN 225 or equivalent with a C or better grade.
  • 2 additional points will be added in Section 2 for completion of Microbiology BI 234 or equivalent with a C or better grade.
  • Work Experience Change: 1000+ hours = 15pts; 999.99-500 hours = 10pts; 499.99-100 hours = 5pts
