Passwords and Pins

There are several different Passwords and PINs used at Lane. If you are unclear which PIN to use, please contact Enrollment Services.

• ExpressLane PIN
• Enrollment Services Password - Due to FERPA laws (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act) most information at Enrollment Services and Financial Aid is only available to the student unless a password has been assigned and released. After a password has been assigned, the student may tell the password to anyone they wish to allow access to their account. The student must come in person with photo ID and fill out a Student Information Release form. Your ExpressLane PIN is not the password.
• Financial Aid FAFSA PIN - This is your 4 digit pin assigned by the Dept of Education for use on Financial Aid transactions. It serves as your online signature and is used to sign your FAFSA and promissory note.
