Links to many services are also available through the DL Quick Links box.

LCC Administrative Withdrawal Policy:

*Online course students should login in to their online course during the first week of classes, or they may be administratively dropped from the course. All online courses can be accessed at: www.lanecc.edu/distance/online-login.htm If you have difficulty logging in, contact the Student Help Desk, SHeD@lanecc.edu, 463-3333 for assistance and contact your instructor.

*Telecourse students must log in to Moodle (http://classes.lanecc.edu) and enter the class website. Students who do not log in to Moodle before the end of the first week of classes may be administratively dropped from the course. If you don’t have access to a computer off campus, you can use a computer in Lane’s Library (2nd floor Center building) or in the Instructional Computing Lab (building 4, room 201) during their regular operating hours.

You are financially and academically responsible for all courses in which you enroll. If you wish to discontinue college attendance you must complete official withdrawal procedures. Any tuition and course fee refunds are based on the date of official withdrawal.

It is your responsibility to drop/withdraw from any class you do not plan to attend. To receive a complete refund for courses, you must drop by midnight, Sunday, October 4. Classes are dropped using ExpressLane.

For college policy regarding refunds see Enrollment Services.

Student Activity Fee, Photo ID, and Transportation Fee:

Students only enrolled in distance learning courses (no on-campus courses) are not charged the ASLCC Student Activity Fee. An LCC photo ID is not required to attend Lane. It is available to all currently registered students as an alternate form of photo identification. A card may be purchased at a cost of $5 through Enrollment Services, Building 1 or the Downtown Center. Distance Learning students are not charged the $26 transportation fee and are not eligible for an LTD Bus Pass. DL students are charged a $5 transportation fee.
