Campus Catering provides catered food and beverage outside of the Center for Meeting and Learning (Building 19) to other Lane Community College locations.  When ordering Campus Catering, please refer to the special Campus Catering Menu. If requested, we are more than happy to work with you to create custom menus for special events.

The Catering Office is located in the Center for Meeting and Learning (Building 19, Room 202).  To obtain a copy of the Campus Catering Menu, to place a campus catering order, or for more information, please contact the catering sales specialist:

Advance Notice for Catering Orders

To avoid a late order fee and for the Catering Office to better serve you, we request that catering orders be placed at least one week in advance of an event. Please place your order by personal phone call or e-mail with Paula Westgate. The order is not confirmed until an ICO is received and a confirmation is sent back from the Catering Office. Late orders will be charged an additional 18% of menu price.

Catering Order Changes

You may not decrease your guest count after placing your final order one week in advance. However, up until 72 hours before your scheduled event, you may increase your guest count. Increases made less than 72 hours prior to your event may result in menu substitutions when necessary.

Delivery Charges

Campus Catering orders are charged $20 for delivery, set-up and retrieval.

The $20 delivery charge may be waived when an order is picked up by the client, and the serving equipment is returned to the Catering Office within one business day.

Catering orders delivered off the main campus (to Lane Community College locations) are charged a $45 delivery fee.

Catering Minimums

There is a $50 minimum for all delivered Campus Catering orders, exclusive of Delivery Charge per event.

For smaller orders, Foodservices can accommodate your meal requirements Monday through Friday during normal hours of operation. All orders must be picked up and Inter-Campus Orders (ICO’s) are gladly accepted as tender for your order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a Campus Catering order 2 business days or less prior to the event will be subject to 100 percent of the total cost of food and beverage.

Billing

Lane Community College departments are required to submit catering orders with an Inter-Campus Order (ICO) that includes a FOAP accounting code and an authorized signature prior to the event. Your catering order is tentative until an ICO is received by the Catering Office to confirm your order.

Equipment Charges

Upon retrieval/return, serving equipment will be inventoried and a replacement charge will be assessed for any missing items. Containers for leftover food or beverages are not provided.

Buffet Style Service

Only buffet style service is available for campus catering events. Buffet service includes appropriate set-up, service-ware, and table linens.

Plated Meals

Plated dinners are served in the Center for Meeting and Learning only. To book your plated meal in the Center for Meeting and Learning see our full catering menu at www.lanecc.edu/cml.

Hours of Operation

Normal campus catering hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Retrieval of catering equipment for events ending after 6pm will occur on the following morning prior to 7:30 a.m.
