About the Real Estate Classes

The Real Estate Classes at Lane Community College are offered through Continuing Education. The Real Estate classes at Lane provide students with an understanding of how real estate works in the real world whether you are a person seeking to become licensed in real estate or a person seeking to better understand real estate as an investment vehicle to financial independence.

Lane Community College pre-license real estate classes are approved by the state licensing agencies. Real Estate Associate Broker and Property Manager classes are approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency (www.rea.state.or.us).  Lane Community College no longer offers Appraiser Assistant classes.
