Real Estate Associate Broker License

The Real Estate Associate Broker License requires 150 classroom hours. Completion of these classes satisfies the Oregon prerequisites for becoming a licensed Real Estate Associate, and prepares you to take the State of Oregon Examination .

Real Estate Property Manager

The Real Estate Associate Broker License requires 60 classroom hours. Completion of these classes satisfies the Oregon prerequisites for becoming a licensed Real Estate Property Manager, and prepares you to take the State of Oregon Examination .
