Refund or Credit Information

When you register for a class, you agree to pay for it whether or not you attend.  You are responsible for making any changes to your schedule by the refund deadline through ExpressLane, by phone or in person. Lane will refund 100% of your costs if you drop by the deadline.

• Classes lasting four weeks or longer must be dropped by midnight on the Sunday following the first week of the class for a refund.
  
• Classes less than four weeks must be dropped at least three days before the class begins to receive a refund.

Exceptions to the refund/credit policy are only considered for circumstances clearly beyond a student's control and are by petition only.
