Faculty Support Services 

Content and Course Development Services (beginning Summer 09) -

We will perform the following content and course development services for you.  Save your time by sending these chores to the ATC:

• Video or audio conversion
  • Bring us your videos or recordings - we will convert them to web-ready format
• Powerpoint Compression
  • Send us your PowerPoint presentations - we will convert them to web-ready flash files with Impatica.
• Multimedia upload to media server
  • Bring us your presentation, image, video, or audio files - we will upload them to the media server and send you the URL link to use in your Moodle course
• File conversion for use in Moodle courses
  • Send us your syllabi or other legacy course materials - we will evaluate them and convert them to Moodle web pages, PDF files, or other format, as appropriate
• Quiz conversion and import to Moodle
  • Send us your MS Word or other quiz files - we will convert them and import them to Moodle
• Gradebook templates
  • We have standard gradebook templates for Straight-Point and Weighted grading systems that you can import to your Moodle section.   Available at Moodle Gradebook workshops.
• Scanning
  • Bring us your hard copies - we will scan them for you and save to PDF or other appropriate file format.
