Hours -The lab is available whenever the building is open.
During the summer term the building is opened from  8 am to 5 pm Monday - Thursday (except holidays).

Access - The ITC is secured with a keypad.  Please call the ATC at x3377, or the Help Desk at x4444, to get the combination.  You will be asked for your name and L#.

Lab Support – ATC staff are based in the lab, and will be hand to help you with equipment and basic questions about Moodle and other applications.  For more extensive individual coaching and problem solving, contact us to schedule an appointment (x3377, atc@lanecc.edu).

Drop-In Workstations – The ATC workstations are shown below.  These machines are available for drop-in use at any time:

• One iMac Graphics / Desktop Publishing Workstation w Scanner
• One iMac Video Conversion and Editing Workstation
• One Windows Graphics / Desktop Publishing Workstation
• One Windows Camtasia Video Recording and Editing Workstation

Policies - Please help ensure the continued availability of the lab by respecting these guidelines:

• All users must sign in and out
• No food or drink allowed in the lab
• The lab is for doing course development and other LCC work
• Log off and shut down computers when you are done
• Please verify that the door is locked as you leave
